Club Account Procedures

In order to open a club account, close a club account, or transfer funds to or from a club account, the Club Advisor will use the following procedures.

  1. Club Advisors will send an email to the Director of Athletics & Student Activities with the following information.
    1. Name of the Agency
    2. Purpose
    3. Who is the responsible person( s) for account
  2. The Director of Athletics & Student Activities will review the request and send a recommendation to the Vice President for Student Services for approval.
  3. The Vice President for Student Services will review the request and if approved will send a memo to the Director of Business Services stating the request.
