Institutional Effectiveness Plans

Institutional Effectiveness Plans (IEPs) are submitted annually as part of the College's continuous improvement.  IEPs are also vital to SACSCOC accreditation.  The Planning Process is extremely important to JSCC and ensures that the College is continuously evaluating and improving our processes and performance.

JSCC now uses an online platform for submission and updating of IE Unit Plans. The Strategic Planning Online (SPOL) platform allows users to input, edit, update, and complete unit objectives at any time throughout the year. 

Unit goals/objectives are to be submitted by August 1 each year.  Prior year results are to be entered into the SPOL system by July 31. Not all JSCC employees are required to submit unit goals/objectives, and not all employees have access to the SPOL platform.
